General provisions
This document is an official public offer of the recreational complex "Glukhoman" (hereinafter referred to as the "Complex") addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") to conclude a service agreement on the terms and conditions set forth below.
The fact of acceptance of this offer is the placement of a reservation through the website, telephone or other available communication channels, as well as payment for services. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is considered to be concluded on the terms of this offer.
Subject of the agreement
The complex provides the Guest with the following services in accordance with the selected booking option:
- accommodation in hotel rooms;
- meals in the restaurant of the Complex;
- visiting a water park;
- use of the sauna and bath complex;
- additional services (apitherapy, wedding events, paintball, etc.) according to the current list.
Booking and payment
How to apply
Reservations are made through the form on the website, by calling the numbers indicated in the "Contacts" section, or directly at the reception of the Complex. After receiving the application, the administrator contacts the Guest to confirm the booking details.
Prepayment and payments
For a guaranteed reservation, an advance payment may be required in the amount agreed with the Guest at the time of application. Full payment is made within the terms and in the manner agreed upon when confirming the reservation.
Cancellation and refunds
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the Guest is obliged to notify the administration of the Complex as soon as possible. Refunds are made in accordance with the terms agreed by the parties directly at the time of booking, taking into account the notice period and the nature of the booked services.
Rules of stay
The following rules apply to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests of the Complex:
- Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00, please refrain from loud conversations and music.
- Smoking: is allowed only in specially designated areas.
- Accommodation with animals: is possible by prior agreement with the administration.
- Guests are obliged to take care of the property of the Complex and comply with fire safety rules.
Responsibility of the parties
The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this offer in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The Complex is not responsible for damage caused by the Guest as a result of violation of the rules of stay, as well as for the safety of personal belongings left unattended.
Force majeure
The parties shall be released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations if it is the result of force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, decisions of public authorities, accidents on engineering networks and other events that the parties could not foresee or prevent.
